I loved all three of the Angels books. Read it Forward Read it first. In this book I learned that it doesn’t matter what kind of religion or background or lifestyle a person has as long as you love them and they love you back.

The characters for me were kind of boring but overall, they were okay. First part was good, second one was slow but had a twist Until she meets her hospital roommate, Rebekah, and her big family.
Each book continued from the lives of Leah after her being in hospital during Christmas, Ethan mcdanirl boy who appeals to Leah when they met lurlsne the first time that day while Ethan had been there to visit his sister Rebekah who had been still there but recovering from her cancer.

Chronicling the friendship between year-old Leah and Rebekah, an Amish girl from a large family, this series shows how Leah discovers that miracles can happen, and that sometimes angels appear in the most unexpected places. The book was touching, heartwarming, and at some parts heartbreaking. I absolutely love the almost forbidden romance between a modern age girl and an Omish boy, brought together for their illnesses, well, the Omish boy’s sister’s illness.
Although they both still love each other, they will never ever be together again because he will be baptized in the Amish church, expected to court an Amish girl, marry her and have a bunch of kids.
The stories are amazing. An enjoyable teen romance with two likeable lead characters, plus an interesting look into the Amish. Other books in the series.
I suppose I expected a little more about the Amish or a little more about the supernatural aspect – the angels.
Cynical year-old Leah has never known people like this before. Like Leah, I found this hard to understand. Oct 30, Gabrielle rated it it was amazing. McDaniel has a way of writing really cliched ideas into her own which is why I like reading her work.

I borrowed this from my 14 year old niece. The narration in the story is in third person. A great read for all ages.
