Deforest, the man, was just so inspiring and interesting stsrdust he kept me reading. Duke of Chicago Khan Noonien Singh.

My copy of the book actually DOES list and credit sources and even has an index. II rated it it was amazing Shelves: See all 64 reviews. Book in great condition, story itself moves a bit slow until midway through.
