Economics, efficiency, efficacy and ethic the 4 E represent the framework of the well-functioning of a firm, both in interior, and in relationships with organizationa environment. The conclusion of the study is that if employees are not motivated and actively involved in fulfilling their activities, they do not perform their tasks.
